Return & Refund Policy
This policy describes how cancellations, refunds, credits, and exchanges work for paid offerings from Ghefryonquobrynn—such as scheduled consultations, workshops, or packaged education sessions. Physical product returns are addressed only if we explicitly sell goods in the future.
Scope
This policy applies when you purchase a paid service from Ghefryonquobrynn where a fee and description are clearly communicated before payment. If a separate contract or checkout terms apply to a specific offer, those terms control in case of conflict, to the extent permitted by law.
Digital content and live services
Many of our offerings are services delivered over time (e.g., sessions, group workshops, or packaged education blocks) or digital materials delivered electronically. Statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may be limited once delivery has begun with your express consent—where required, we will obtain that consent at checkout.
Cancellations initiated by you
To cancel a booked service, email ask@ghefryonquobrynn.world with your booking reference and preferred outcome (refund or credit).
- Forty-eight hours or more before the scheduled start: you may receive a full refund to the original payment method or a credit toward a future session, as you select.
- Between twenty-four and forty-eight hours: we may offer a partial credit or reschedule at our discretion, depending on preparatory work already completed.
- Less than twenty-four hours or no-show: fees may be non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply (for example, documented emergencies), assessed case by case.
Rescheduling
We allow one complimentary reschedule per paid session when you notify us at least twenty-four hours in advance, subject to availability. Additional changes may incur a stated administrative fee. Repeated last-minute requests may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Cancellations initiated by us
If we cancel a service—for example due to instructor illness or force majeure—you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that service or rescheduling at no extra charge. We are not responsible for third-party costs you incurred (travel, childcare) unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing may take up to ten business days after approval; banking timelines vary. Credits are tracked internally and applied to future invoices you authorize.
Non-refundable and custom items
Deposits identified as non-refundable at purchase are retained if you cancel outside the windows above. Customized education materials or plans prepared specifically for you may be partially non-refundable once delivered, except where defective or inaccessible—in those cases we provide a corrected copy or a proportional refund. We provide general wellness education, not regulated medical nutrition therapy, unless separately contracted with appropriate licensed professionals.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within thirty days of the charge with supporting details. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, refund the difference or apply a credit.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your province, territory, or country. If a mandatory rule conflicts with part of this policy, that rule prevails.
